HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE
Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts as displayed, our site is safe and secure using leading industry standards.
On receipt of your order, you will be given a reference and an email receipt. Your goods will then be dispatched as soon as possible (usually within 24hrs). However, if any items are not in stock, your delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. When items are not available we will advise you by email and offer alternatives or refunds.
Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.
We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order, but if you require an update at any stage, please log into your account or to contact our sales team at sales@taylorschoice.co.uk.
Where bulk items are being sent we will notify you of the date of despatch from our warehouse and the hauliers will contact you to arrange delivery. All bulk deliveries will be made within 5 working days.
ORDERING BY POST
If you would like to order by post, simply send us your order together with your full address and contact telephone number, complete with a cheque or postal order made payable to 'TAYLORS CHOICE' for the correct amount in POUNDS STERLING. The address to send your order to is:

When payment is made by cheque, please allow 7 days before order will be processed.

OUR RETURN/REFUND DAMAGES POLICY
We will replace any of our items if it has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Any returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging.
All bulk orders must be visibly checked for any sign of damage before they are accepted. You must sign the drivers delivery note indicating what damages have occurred. Subsequent claims for damages may not be accepted if they have not been indicated on the drivers delivery note.
A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHERE EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE REGARDING THE RETURN OF AN ITEM NOT DEEMED AS DEFECTIVE.
Only authorised returns will be accepted. If returning a product to us, please email info@taylorschoice.co.uk with the details before taking any action. If you wish to return goods that you have decided are not suitable or you have ordered the wrong size, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund of the goods (excluding carriage costs) to your nominated payment card.
DELIVERY CHARGES
WEIGHT CALCULATION
The weights used to calculate orders as BULK or SMALL may not correspond with the product description size/weight. This is due to the fact that many items such as shavings etc; vary in weight due to circumstances beyond our control also larger items are calculated using a dimensional formula. Therefore please note that sometimes weights used to calculate order requirements may differ from those in the product description field or actual product weight.
